We are a laid back but directive therapy group, we know when to push and when to pull, but we always lead with compassion and honesty. We take a person centered, solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strength-based approaches to our therapy process.
We work collaboratively with you towards what you want to see your life become. Whether that is guidance in relationships, processing trauma, finding new opportunities, and more.

My education was primarily conducted in psychodynamic counseling at Northwestern University. My clinical training added existentialism, CBT, DBT, strength-based, solution focused, and person centered therapy.
I have additional training in corporate mental health struggles, where I blend the skills of various modalities together to help clients struggling with things like performance anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, and work-life balance issues.
I am Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 trained, while also having training in the use of IFS modalities. I have training in sex therapy, while also actively seeking certification as a sex therapist.

These costs can be added to your super-bill for out of network reimbursement.
